Commission and payment: As an affiliate, you will earn a 30% commission on each sale made through your unique affiliate link. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided that you have earned at least $100 in commissions during the previous month. Any commissions under $100 will roll over to the following month. The company reserves the right to deduct any fees or charges from your commissions.

Tracking and reporting: Sales made through your unique affiliate link will be tracked through our affiliate tracking software. You can access your earnings and sales reports through your affiliate dashboard. The company is not responsible for any errors or discrepancies in tracking or reporting.

Marketing materials: You may use the marketing materials provided by the company, such as banners and links, to promote our products or services. You may not use these materials in a misleading or deceptive manner or in violation of any laws or regulations.

Responsibilities of affiliates: As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting our products or services in a legal and ethical manner. You may not engage in spam or other inappropriate marketing practices.

Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, without notice, if you violate the TOS or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions and must remove all marketing materials from your website or social media accounts.

Governing law: The TOS and your participation in the program will be governed by the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the TOS or the program will be resolved through binding arbitration in [City], [State].
